Ticket Information:
- Tickets are required for all customers over 15 years old, with a limit of one ticket per person. Purchasing multiple tickets for different dates/times will result in forfeiture of all tickets.
- Each ticket allows a one-hour shopping window, starting at the time indicated on the ticket (e.g., a 10:00 a.m. ticket must check out by 11:00 a.m.).
- Standby Tickets are available at the door if slots are sold out. Entry is on a "one person out, one person in" basis, subject to capacity and staff discretion. Standby Tickets do not guarantee entry, and the standby line closes 30 minutes before closing time.
- No changing rooms or try-ons will be available.
- No bags or backpacks are allowed inside. Strollers are permitted but may be searched.
- All sales are final; no returns or exchanges.
- Touch-less payments are preferred; credit/debit cards and cash are accepted (AMEX not accepted).
